A little about me…
Hi, I’m Grace, the owner and lead photographer at Grace Angela Photography. I’m mostly a documentary photographer, which means I capture moments as they happen instead of directing and posing, though I can absolutely help you get great posed shots if that’s what you’re after!
I’ve carried a camera around with me since I was nine years old, so being a photographer just feels right! I’m currently based in York, my hometown, and I cover most of Yorkshire. I plan every session so you don’t have to guess: we’ll align on style, location, and outfits, then shoot in flattering light with simple direction that feels natural. I keep the pace calm, help with posing when needed, and leave room for real moments.
The goal is straightforward photos that look like you on a really good day, with clean colour and timeless edits. I limit bookings, bring backup gear, and deliver a polished gallery on time—no surprises, just quality.
